Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • This raffle is open to all legal residents of San Bernardino County, aged 14 and older.
   • Only one entry per person is allowed.
   • Employees of Humble Homes Foster Family Agency, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
2. How to Enter:
   • Participants must submit their name, contact information, and a brief background on what they are doing for their community and families in need.
   • Entries must be submitted via Online Form or Email to info@humblehomesffa.org by February 16, 2025.
   • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3. Entry Period:
   • The raffle begins on February 06, 2025 and ends on February 16, 2025.
4. Selection of Winners:
   • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline.
   • The random drawing will take place on February 16, 2025.
   • 10 winners will be selected.
   • Winners will be notified via phone & email within 3 days of the drawing.
5. Prizes:
   • Each winner will receive a pair of Baseball or Softball cleats for the next Baseball/Softball season.
   • The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the sponsor’s sole discretion.
   • Humble Homes Foster Family Agency reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
6. General Conditions:
   • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Humble Homes Foster Family Agency, which are final and binding in all respects.
   • Humble Homes Foster Family Agency reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the raffle if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Humble Homes Foster Family Agency’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle, as determined by Humble Homes Foster Family Agency in its sole discretion.
   • Humble Homes Foster Family Agency reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the raffle or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
7. Release and Limitations of Liability:
   • By participating in the raffle, participants agree to release and hold harmless Humble Homes Foster Family Agency, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the raffle or receipt or use of any prize.
8. Publicity:
   • Except where prohibited, participation in the raffle constitutes winners’ consent to Humble Homes Foster Family Agency’s use of their name, likeness, entry, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
9. Privacy:
   • Information collected from participants is subject to Humble Homes Foster Family Agency’s privacy policy.
